The Community Operating System
Recreation software that looks like your town — and leaves no family out.
Why we exist
The tools cities use to run youth leagues were built for desktops and email addresses. In the small, agriculture-driven towns of California's Central Valley, that assumption locks families out — parents working the fields, multi-generational households, and homes without reliable internet. Actisavvy is built the other way around: cash payments, email-less accounts, tablet kiosks, roving field staff, and paper waivers sit right alongside the modern digital flows. Everyone participates.
What we build
One platform to run seasons end to end — registration, rosters, scheduling, facilities, and a local team-gear store — that adapts to look and act like an organic extension of each town, booster club, and park district. The software sizes leagues from real signups, prevents double-booked fields, and keeps a child's athletic history intact as they grow.
A platform that pays for itself
Year one is free, so a city takes on zero risk. A local team-gear storefront returns a fundraising rebate to the city or booster club — enough to offset the modest annual fee that follows. When the community grows its programs, the platform grows with it.
